Understanding How Our Distribution System Works
We Work Across Multiple Locations Daily
Must Help Foundation conducts distributions across many different areas and beneficiary locations every day.
Because of:
- Limited distribution time
- Large number of beneficiaries
- Multiple campaign bookings
- On-ground coordination challenges
- Travel and logistics limitations
it is not possible for us to provide fully personalized or physically attended distributions for every donor.
Our focus is always on ensuring maximum impact for beneficiaries while still providing donors with meaningful proof and gifting memories.
We request donors to trust our process and understand that every campaign is executed with genuine effort and real fieldwork.
Distribution Timing Policy
Distribution Details Timing Is Strictly Between 8 PM – 12 PM
Most distributions are conducted during late afternoon-evening hours because this is when:
- Maximum beneficiaries are available
- Working children and families return
- Volunteers complete coordination
- Food preparation and transport are finalized
Therefore, donors should understand that:
- Distribution updates, videos, and proof cannot be provided before mentioned hours.
- Most details are uploaded and shared only after the field team returns and organizes the data properly.
If Distribution Is Delayed
Sometimes distributions may not be completed on the scheduled date due to:
- Beneficiaries not being available
- Weather issues
- Safety concerns
- Police/local restrictions
- Transportation delays
- Extremely crowded or chaotic field situations
In such cases, the distribution may be completed within the next 1–3 days.
While we always prioritize completing your campaign on the intended date, no organization working at field level can guarantee 100% fixed execution timing every single day due to unpredictable real-world conditions.
Your patience helps us continue serving communities responsibly rather than rushing activities in unsafe or incomplete situations.
Advance Booking Guidelines
Always Donate in Advance
To ensure proper planning and smoother execution, we strongly recommend donors place their orders in advance.
Important:
- Same-day donations placed after 11AM-12 PM are not guaranteed to be completed on the same day.
- We still try our best to prioritize and accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
Advance bookings help us:
- Arrange food and supplies properly
- Coordinate volunteers efficiently
- Avoid rushed or low-quality execution
- Maintain better beneficiary management
Flexible Scheduling for Better Impact
Your Distribution May Be Completed Earlier Than Scheduled
To manage operational flow efficiently, your distribution may sometimes be completed before your selected date if:
- Empty slots are available
- Volunteer teams are already present in nearby locations
- Operational planning allows earlier execution
However:
- Your proof, photos, and videos will still be shared on your chosen distribution date only.
This system helps us avoid wastage of food, optimize resources, and ensure smoother daily operations.
Media, Photos & Video Guidelines
Distribution Videos Are Shared Between 8 PM – 12 PM
Our field team returns in the evening after completing multiple distributions across locations.
Only after returning can the team:
- Verify campaign details
- Sort media files
- Organize donor folders
- Upload videos/photos
- Share proof properly
Because of this process, videos cannot be delivered earlier during the day.
If Your Video Is Not Uploaded by 10 PM
In some cases, the team may finish late due to heavy fieldwork or travel delays.
If your details are not visible by 10 PM:
- Kindly wait an additional 2 hours
- Uploading and organizing may still be in progress
We request donors not to panic or assume non-completion immediately.
Videos Are for Representation & Gifting Purpose
The proof videos and photos shared with donors are meant to:
- Represent the successful completion of the activity
- Create a meaningful gifting experience
- Provide transparency and emotional satisfaction
However, donors should understand:
- Every second of the distribution cannot be captured
- Every beneficiary interaction cannot be recorded
- The team works in crowded and unpredictable environments
- Capturing everything is practically impossible while actively serving people
The team records enough material to genuinely represent the campaign and provide transparent proof.
Every Video Style May Be Different
The videos shown on:
- Website samples
- Previous donor campaigns
may differ from the video you receive.
Every day:
- Locations change
- Lighting changes
- Team members vary
- Crowd conditions vary
- Shooting style may differ naturally
Please do not expect every video to look identical to another donor’s campaign.
Each campaign is created with sincere effort and uniqueness.
Photo Availability
Photos are generally included with distributions whenever possible.
However, due to handling many campaigns simultaneously:
- Some images may occasionally get mixed up
- Certain photos may be skipped unintentionally
- Confirmation mismatches can happen during heavy workloads
If any image is missed, we sincerely request your understanding and acceptance of our apologies.
Individual Children’s Photos Are Not Shared
For food distribution campaigns:
- General distribution pictures may be shared
- Individual children’s close-up photographs may not be provided

Receipt, Email, Folder & Delivery Guidelines
Receipt Confirmation
Immediately after successful payment:
- Your receipt is shown on the website confirmation page
- A receipt is also sent to your registered email ID

- Check spam/junk folders before contacting support
Drive Folder Sharing Process
A dedicated drive folder and sharing request are usually sent to your email ID.
Before messaging support:

Many times, emails are filtered automatically by email providers.
Incorrect Email ID Submission
If you entered the wrong email ID during checkout:
- Please contact us immediately
If corrections are not made before the distribution date:
- Our team will manually send your details within 1–3 working days after you contact us on WhatsApp.
Non-Gmail Email Addresses
Some automated systems may not properly deliver files to certain non-Gmail email providers.
In such cases:

- Our team will manually share the files within 1–3 working days

Sometimes Systems Fail
Even automated systems can occasionally:

If this happens, our team manually resolves the issue and ensures you receive your details properly.

Please Avoid Sending Immediate “Confirmation” Messages
If your order status shows as “Confirmed” on the website:
- Your booking is already confirmed successfully
Sending repeated confirmation messages after ordering increases support workload and delays response time for urgent issues.

Tax Exemption Certificate Policy

Tax exemption certificates are currently provided only for donations above ₹20,000.
To receive the certificate:
- Donors must request it via email
- Additional verification details may be required
