REFUND POLICY

At MustHelp.Foundation, we are dedicated to using every contribution for the betterment of society and community welfare. To maintain transparency and accountability, we have framed the following policy:


1. Donations

  • All donations made to MustHelp.Foundation are final and non-cancellable once processed.
  • Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate donation made in error.
    • Incorrect donation amount entered due to a genuine mistake.
    • Technical or banking error resulting in unintended payment.

2. Events & Programs (if applicable)

  • In case of cancellation of a charity event or program by MustHelp.Foundation, registered participants will be notified and eligible for a full refund.
  • If a participant cancels their registration, refunds will be provided only if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event date.

3. Merchandise / Goods (if applicable)

  • Donations made in exchange for goods (e.g., charity merchandise) are generally non-refundable.
  • Replacement or refund will only be offered in case of defective or damaged items.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • The request should include:
    • Donor’s/Participant’s name
    • Transaction ID or receipt number
    • Date and amount of payment
    • Reason for cancellation/refund request

5. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.
  • Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
