When should I donate?
We recommend donating as early as possible so your selected date gets reserved properly and your celebration can be conducted smoothly without delays.
What food is provided during distribution?
Food may include Veg Pulao, Puri Sabzi, Chole Chawal, Chana Chawal, Curry Rice and other freshly prepared meals depending on the day and location.
When will I receive my video & pictures?
Your celebration details are generally delivered between 8 PM – 10 PM on your selected date.
Can I get the celebration done today itself?
Yes. Donations made before 12 PM are usually eligible for same-day celebration and delivery.
Can I change my submitted details later?
Yes, you can change personal details or celebration information until the date of distribution.
Do I need to attend physically?
No. Everything is managed by the foundation team. You can celebrate online from anywhere in India or abroad.
Can I personally attend the distribution?
Usually operations are managed internally because of logistics and distribution coverage challenges. The team conducts everything on your behalf.
Will my videos be uploaded publicly on social media?
No. Celebration videos are generally kept private for donor privacy and safety.
How do I know my donation was actually used?
You receive personalized videos, pictures and proof of distribution in your name, along with communication updates from the foundation team.
Is Must Help Foundation a registered NGO?
Yes. Must Help Foundation is a government-registered Section-8 NGO and also provides 80G tax exemption certificates.
What kind of campaigns does Must Help Foundation conduct?
The foundation conducts birthday celebrations, food distribution drives, education kit distribution, hygiene support campaigns and other welfare activities regularly.
What will I receive after donating?
Depending on your selected package, you will receive celebration videos, wish videos and food distribution picture collages shared via Google Drive.
How will I receive my delivery?
A Google Drive folder link will be shared to your email ID. The folder will contain all videos and picture collages related to your celebration.
Can I celebrate birthdays for someone else?
Yes. You can dedicate celebrations in the name of your friends, family members, children, parents or loved ones.
