- If your donation includes merchandise (such as T-shirts, badges, or gift items), orders will be processed within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines within India: 7–12 working days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted courier and postal partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of MustHelp.Foundation, but we will do our best to assist.

- Donors/supporters must provide a complete and accurate address along with valid contact details.
- MustHelp.Foundation will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
